Not many 4-door sedans get your blood pumping quite like the 2016 Dodge Charger. The Charger comes with over a half-dozen trim choices, four different engines, great handling, modern technology, and a wide assortment of options. This radiates a bold statement, giving the vehicle the in-your-face appeal that the Dodge brand is known for.

There are many things that stand out for the 2016 Charger, including a few trim additions. The impressive base engine, which boasts a 3.6-liter, 292-horsepower V6, is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to power in this car. It offers plenty of punch and comes with both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The shifting is smooth, aids fuel efficiency, and doesn’t hunt for the gears that it needs. According to Kelley Blue Book, the Charger’s driving dynamics are “smooth and responsive, with an appropriate blend of handling precision and suspension compliance for a comfortable ride, and an interior noise level that’s entirely conversationally quiet.”

The interior of the Charger is comfortable, functional, and inviting. The cabin is driver-focused, with the instrument panel angled toward the driver, a gauge cluster that is customizable, and the controls are within easy reach of the steering wheel. Front seats are comfortable for both short and long traveling distances, with a bench seat in the back that can accommodate three passengers.

The exterior stands out among the competition with a sleek and modern form. While it retains links to previous model Chargers, it definitely has a mind of its own. The smoothly rounded front contributes to better aerodynamics and the rear of the vehicle has the distinctive layout of the “racetrack” taillight arrangement, which stands out when looked at in the dark.
