Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our sales team to success. You will be responsible for setting a vision, developing a game plan, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve goals. Your ability to lead by example, adapt to industry trends, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and direct the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the department and work with the team to implement it.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and take proactive action to lead and adapt to changes.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with the sales team, advisors, and dealership support team to ensure effective coordination and teamwork.
  • Customer Focus: Handle guest and team member concerns with a high sense of urgency, recognizing that our guests and our teams are vital to our success.
  • Training: Motivate and train team members to exceed their performance potential.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet and exceed manufacturer and dealership expectations with regard to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Track productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics. Create improvement plans and work collaboratively with the team to implement them.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in a current job role and 5 years of automotive sales experience.
  • Previous experience in both new and used vehicle sales is preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A high level of customer focus and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt to changes.
