Take a Trip in and Around Bay City, Michigan

Antique Toy and Firehouse Museum – A fun museum for the whole family! Located in Bay City, this museum houses over 60 motorized fire trucks and more than 12,000 antique and collectible toys. There are numerous exhibits and they host various events throughout the year.

U.S.S. Edson – Saginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum – Located in the heart of the Great Lakes Bay Region, the naval museum is the destination for military and maritime information. You can enjoy an educational and unique experience while honoring those who defended our nation’s freedoms.

Dow Gardens – Just down the road in Midland, the Dow Gardens is a breathtaking array of flowers and other forms of nature that extend across a wide area. Perfect for a family walk during a warm day, we highly recommend coming here at least once if you have never been. You’ll appreciate all the beautiful scenery and the canopy walk located in the forest area of the park. 

Soaring Eagle – Part casino, part entertainment venue, Soaring Eagle in Mt. Pleasant is our choice as a closeby destination for a date night away from the kids. Enjoy high-end dining, see one of the many shows they have scheduled throughout the year, and spend quality time together. If you are looking for something to do with the kids, there is also the Soaring Eagle Waterpark & Hotel down the road from the casino, where you and your children can have a day full of fun, just a short drive from Bay City!
