Now available at Thelen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram: The 2014 Ram ProMaster, with best in class payload and front wheel drive, is available is in fourteen configurations and customizable for any job. A made-for-US version of the Fiat Ducato, front wheel drive is is just one feature that sets the ProMaster apart from the competition in its segment.

The ProMaster, starting at $28,630 for the cargo van, is powered by either a gasoline-powered 3.6-liter Pentastar six-cylinder (280 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque) or a new turbocharged 3.0-liter four-cylinder diesel (174 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque). The ProMaster can be equipped with either a traditional six-speed automatic or a new six-speed automated single-clutch manual transmission.

Setting it apart from the competition, the ProMaster is front wheel drive, has a lower floor height for easier step-in and loading (21 inches - an industry best, says Ram), better fuel economy, and more interior space. The front bumper is also made up of three pieces, making minor scuffs easy and less expensive to replace than a one-piece bumper assembly. In addition, it comes with six airbags standard. The ProMaster also starts at a much lower price than the Sprinter, another point making the overall cost of ownership less than the competition.

In addition to standard electronic stability control, the ProMaster is available with Chrysler's ParkView backup camera and ParkSense radar system, making it easier to maneuver in tight spaces. And, with optional UConnect with navigation, you'll never get lost on the way to the job site or delivery.
